Water is the basic human need without which no person can exist for more than few days. Water plays a vital role in almost all body activities as it is the main constituent of our body. If all life activities are mainly fueled by water and if all main body problems are solved by water then why don’t we use it as a best weight loss tool? Thirdly water removes all extra, unnecessary and unhygienic elements from your body completely. We know that people do a lot of thing to get rid of excessive fats deposited in body but water alone can do it successfully if taken in sufficient amount. More water you drink less fats your body deposit. So make habitual to take plenty of water to remove extra fats and excretory elements from your body completely.

Whether we talk about digestion and assimilation or we think over circulation and excretion water keeps all systems functioning with no problem at all if taken in sufficient quantity and with no unhygienic polluted element in it.
