Try to consume vegetables and fruits within your daily diet rather consuming processed or fried food. And for eating regime, you must try consume meals in short proportions. 4. When we talk about safe weight loss then weight cannot leave out exercises. In order to begin, you can go for a 15 minutes walk right after consuming the last meal of the day.
