For balanced diet, you should first not consume food that contains high amount of calories. Instead, try to add more raw vegetables and raw fruits within your daily diet. Cutting down the food consumption or consuming less is not the right approach. Your body require sufficient amount of nutrients in order to perform its regular functions. So, the right approach for healthy weight loss would be to consume a well balanced diet and in short proportions as well.
Whether you want to lose weight or not, exercises should a part of your daily routine lifestyle. Lastly, you should cut down sugar consumption as well. Consumption of excessive amount of sugar not only promotes weight gain but also expose your body to some threatening disorders such as diabetes. For healthy weight loss, it is advisable that you must cut down the consumption of sugar but it doesn’t mean that you stop consuming sugar completely. Sugar content is also important for body functioning, so you must keep a check and balance there.
