Firstly try to take necessary fats which your body actually needs rather than saying ‘no’ to all foods containing fats. Be moderate in your approach regarding fats intake as it is also an important element of a balanced diet so keep it in balanced amount.

Secondly try to avoid sugar related food items as much as possible particularly the chocolates, candies and soft drinks etc. All these things rapidly full your body with unnecessary food item you don’t need actually.

Thirdly drink as mush pure, fresh water as you can at least i-e 12 to18 glasses per day. It not only keeps you fresh and active but also acts as a best appetite suppressor particularly a glass of cool water before meals cuts the appetite to half and you succeeds in avoiding 50% chances of extra weight loss. So keep drinking pure and pollutant free water to avoid overeating as much as possible.

Fourthly take sufficient sleep of 6 to 8 hours a day. It will also help you a lot to keep you fit and smart.

Fifthly make a balanced diet plan instead of skipping meals with no proper planning. It will have an adverse effect on your overall health and disturb the overall body system badly. So keep all essential food elements in your diet plan in a balanced quality which do not add extra fats in body but helps to run normal life activities in a healthy manner.

Sixthly try to take exercise regularly. If you are not in the position of affording a gym or health club due to time constraints or due to financial tight corners then do it in your home. Make your exercise plan simply and try to follow it strictly and you will see the difference soon.
